The Fisher & Paykel Appliances Headquarters is a purpose-designed development
that brings together design, research, and innovation within a highly connected
campus environment. The project comprises two key buildings — the Home
Building and the Shed Building — each tailored to support distinct yet
complementary functions within the product development lifecycle.

The 11,000 sqm Home Building provides office space for administration, research,
design, and product development teams. Organised around a central internal
oasis, the building offers a collaborative and engaging workplace that supports
creativity, wellbeing, and connection.

The 4,500 sqm Shed Building is a dedicated research and development facility
housing specialist laboratories, workshops, and testing spaces, enabling hands-on
prototyping and performance testing of appliance designs within a controlled
technical environment.
