Many in the Pacific Commissioning team have fond memories of attending classes at the old Engineering School, so it was a full circle to return and rebuild the facility. 

The new 11-storey building with an exposed structure has more than 800 rooms, including the complexity of laboratories with specialist facilities that made the project both technically challenging and incredibly fulfilling. 

The exceptional new facilities allow both the university and the engineering industry to continue developing future-focused engineers. 

We’re looking forward to seeing the next generation of services engineers who have created solid foundations in this purpose-built space.
