The Facilities Infrastructure Refurbishment Project (FIRP) at Auckland District Health boards is a large expansive project involving the upgrading of key building services infrastructure at Auckland and Greenlane hospitals.

Pacific have been involved in various aspects of this project. Initially we were engaged as Workstream managers for the critical building services plant upgrades and then in Tranche 2 as building services and commissioning managers for Built Environs for the central plant and tunnels project.
