The proposed new build development at 25 and 27 Landing Drive, Mangere, Auckland shall create two new warehouses with ancillary office and yard space. 

The building is being designed as a single contiguous structure will provide two completely separate warehouses divided by a full height internal wall. 

Warehouse A shall provide 10,386m2 warehouse with adjoining 2 storey office of 225m2 per level. A cantilevered canopy of 1,583m2 shall adjoin the warehouse. Warehouse B shall provide 5,592m2 warehouse with adjoining single level office of 317m2. A cantilevered canopy of 190m 2 shall be provided. 

Both buildings will share the same roof profile with apex of 16.7m and 14.2m to the top of the knee.
