The AIAL DHL development comprises a new 14,025 m² warehouse and a 1,000 m² two-storey main office (500 m² per level), incorporating Dock Offices 1 and 2, 115 on-site car parking spaces and a dedicated loading dock. The facility is located at 15 Te Kapua Drive, Auckland International Airport, Māngere, Auckland.A dedicated sprinkler valve room is positioned on the north-east elevation of the building, fronting Te Kapua Drive.The project was designed and constructed to achieve a 5-Star Green Star Design & As-Built NZ v1.1 certification.
