The Hautapu Development Campus is a newly built 49,000m2 state of the art production facility near Cambridge, comprising 47,000m2 of factory plus 3,000m2 of office spaces – three linked double storey office buildings (Office A, B and C) with viewing platforms/windows into the manufacturing hubs, meeting rooms and staff-breakout areas accessing landscaped spaces and pathways. 

The new manufacturing plant consists of 3 manufacturing line areas – APL, APLAC and a third currently untenanted space. The APL Hautapu project is a 5-star Green Star building
