The Auckland Airport Transport Hub 1 (TH01) comprises ground-floor pick-up and drop-off (PUDU) facilities, car rental offices, multi-level public car parking across Levels 1 to 4, a passenger concourse and a three-level commercial office building, forming a key component of the airport's landside transport infrastructure. The development has been designed to enhance passenger accessibility, improve operational efficiency and support future airport growth.

The project was designed and constructed to achieve 5 Star Green Star NZ Design and As-Built Tool v1.0 certification, demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainability.
