The FSNI Office is a newly constructed 3 level building consisting of a mixture of support services for the main office levels including a Conference Centre, a mini retail mock-up area, commercial grade staff kitchen, and meeting spaces and utility areas in the ground level. 

The upper two levels comprise of open plan office spaces with occasional meeting rooms throughout. 

An elliptical profile central atrium interconnects all levels and includes a raised skylight.
