The proposed North Point development at Highbrook Business Park, East Tamaki shall create two new warehouse buildings with adjoining office and external yard space. 

Warehouse A shall provide 5,500m 2 warehouse with adjoining 2 storey office of 200m 2 per level. An enclosed canopy of 1,000m 2 shall adjoin the warehouse. Warehosue A shall have an apex of 13m and knee height of 11.1m approximately. 

Warehouse B shall provide 1,620m 2 warehouse with adjoining single level office of 175m2 . A cantilevered canopy of 190m 2 shall be provided. Warehouse B shall have an apex of 12m and knee height of 10.6m approximately.
