The project consists of the construction of a new warehouse and office building. 

The warehouse covers 9,354m2 , external canopy covers 1,894m2 , single level office covers 536m 2 and an external plant area covers 158m2 . 

The building is designed for high racked storage and is being developed by the Auckland International Airport. The building will be tenanted by a customer who stores healthcare products.
