The international was a conversion of a former office block in Auckland’s CBD into a new ultra- luxurious apartment complex. The iconic building incorporates both heritage and modern while in the ninety new apartments anew lobby has been retained behind the Heritage façade on Princes Street.

Two additional levels have been added to the original structure, with new elevators installed and three levels of parking. The existing precast panel façade was removed with new balcony extensions added to each room and three stacker external sliding doors and balustrade.

As well as the stunning exposed exoskeleton feature which is purposeful in showcasing technical aspects of the build but putting them display rather than covering with cladding or other surface materials.

The apartments are complemented by a range of owner’s facilities including areas such as wine cellars, private dining areas and even a private cinema. Pacific provided building services management to Dominion constructors on this project.
