After completing her Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Auckland, Asha spent her early years in consulting, working on electrical building services designs. That experience laid a strong foundation in technical coordination and client-focused delivery—skills that now serve her well at Pacific.

Joining Pacific Commissioning’s Christchurch team marked a shift from design to delivery, where Asha brings her broad experience across healthcare, defence and commercial projects to the team. Her consulting background gives her a unique perspective on project challenges, helping bridge the gap between design intent and operational reality.
