The Archives Wellington Lease Project Site was formerly home to Defence House until it's demolition following damage from the Kaikoura earthquake. The works involve development into an Archival Collections Facility for the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA).

The project's emphasis on preserving New Zealand's Recorded Heritage and its significant historical and cultural implications are pivotal factors motivating Pacific Commissioning to contribute to this endeavour.

Ohakea Airbase

Hawkins has engaged PC&C as the Commissioning and Handover manager for the Ohakea Airbase project, which involves the construction of two new hangars along with additional supplementary spaces.
