Caleb joined Pacific's Christchurch team in February 2026, bringing a combination of technical knowledge and practical project experience. A graduate of the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Caleb has developed a strong foundation in engineering principles, project delivery, and quality assurance. Since joining Pacific, Caleb has primarily worked as an Independent Commissioning Agent, supporting the planning, coordination, witnessing, and verification of commissioning activities across a range of projects. Caleb has also provided support for Commissioning Manager roles. Caleb is recognized for his organized approach, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with project stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
