Sristi Khanal is a dedicated Building Services & Commissioning Engineer with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes in the healthcare sector. Her meticulous attention to detail and well-organized approach have been instrumental in managing complex building services projects, particularly within live hospital environments.

Since joining Pacific Commissioning & Coordination in 2019, Sristi has played a pivotal role in coordinating and commissioning services trades across various medium to large-scale construction projects. Sristi's project portfolio reflects her versatility and commitment to excellence. Notable projects include the Middlemore Hospital Gastroenterology Expansion, North Shore Hospital CSSD Refurbishment, Auckland Hospital Integrated Stroke Unit, and the Kakariki Private Hospital New Build. Additionally, she has contributed to the co-ordination and commissioning management of the 30 Madden St Apartments and a hyperscale data center, demonstrating her capability in diverse construction environments.

Holding a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Canterbury University, Sristi combines her technical expertise with a collaborative spirit, effectively communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders. Her experience working for both main contractor and with the client has also enabled Sristi to understand and effectively communicate with a wide variety of people which is key for the services management role.
