Vibin is a Mechanical Engineer with more than 14 years of building services experience across India, the UAE and New Zealand. He began his career in India as an HVAC Project Engineer before moving to Dubai, where he spent six years as a Senior Mechanical Engineer delivering MEP works on major commercial developments.

In New Zealand, Vibin moved to the owner's side, working in facilities management at Manukau Institute of Technology. Across the multi-site tertiary campus, he oversaw a broad range of building services, including planned and reactive maintenance, BWoF and IQP compliance, and capital works projects. This experience gave him first-hand insight into what building owners and facilities teams need from a project well beyond handover.

At Pacific Commissioning, Vibin combines this contractor and owner perspective across building services coordination, commissioning management and Independent Commissioning Agent (ICA) services. His focus is on ensuring systems don't just pass commissioning, but continue to perform reliably throughout the building's day-to-day operation.

Known for his practical, collaborative approach, Vibin works effectively with contractors and clients alike.
